1.Drivers/Carriers must provide some skin in the game, $1500 for your freight insurance and ELD services for the first month.
First payout will be in 2 weeks, for the week prior, then every week after.
2. In order to get paid, you must get Bill of Lading signed at each delivery. Then send picture of signed BoL to dispatcher, via text. No one can get paid without signature.
3. Drivers/Carriers are responsible for all fuel and Maintenance on trucks and trailers.
4. fuel cards will be available in the the future, and will be paid on the week as used.(comes out of your payments)
5. Driver/Carriers leave company, insurance will be paid out of payments.
6. commission rate is 25% of rate confermation. No hidden fees. No escrow.
7. if driver/carrier misses a week (vacation/sick) insurance will still be deducted. It still covers
8. when onboarding, we will need account numbers for what account you wish to use. That will be done in person. DO NOT SEND THAT INFORMATION OVER THE INTERNET.
9. if you wish to leave the company, please give notice, so that we can terminate insurance, so you can get a proper payout, without losing money.
1.CDL class A or regular license.
(Class B will be the same as Regular License due to trailer restrictions)
Only Class A can operate a 3500,F350 or higher class of truck.
Class B and regular license can operate 2500 or F250 series trucks, due to trailer and 26001 lbs gross vehicle weight restrictions.
2. All drivers must submit a clean MVR of 3 years, no older than 30 days.
(No DUIs, Reckless drivers, super speeders, ect)
3. Medical card no older than 8 months ,(will be required to renew every 12 months as scheduled on your current medical card).
4.Must be able to pass a drug screen .
TWIC card or apply for one before orientation .
5. Must have current insurance and registration up-to-date .
6. Passport Cards are helpful (if you can get on)
7. a clean criminal history is helpful. But not required. But will need to know last 10 years, to know if you can go on military bases/ government areas to pick up and deliver loads.
8. all drivers will video verify with company before on boarding.
9. PPE hardhat, steel toe, boots, safety, glasses, two or more pairs of work gloves, mask if job sites require. Safety vest in bright color.
