1.Drivers/Carriers must provide some skin in the game, $1500 for your freight insurance and ELD services for the first month. First payout will be in 2 weeks, for the week prior, then every week after.

2. In order to get paid, you must get Bill of Lading signed at each delivery. Then send picture of signed BoL to dispatcher, via text. No one can get paid without signature.

3. ⁠Drivers/Carriers are responsible for all fuel and Maintenance on trucks and trailers.

4. ⁠fuel cards will be available in the the future, and will be paid on the week as used.(comes out of your payments)

5. ⁠Driver/Carriers leave company, insurance will be paid out of payments.

6. ⁠commission rate is 25% of rate confermation. No hidden fees. No escrow.

7. ⁠if driver/carrier misses a week (vacation/sick) insurance will still be deducted. It still covers

8. ⁠when onboarding, we will need account numbers for what account you wish to use. That will be done in person. DO NOT SEND THAT INFORMATION OVER THE INTERNET.

9. ⁠if you wish to leave the company, please give notice, so that we can terminate insurance, so you can get a proper payout, without losing money.
